📝 Instrukcja rekrutacji – krok po kroku

🚀 Krok 1. Załóż konto

• Wejdź do systemu IRK. 
• Zaakceptuj informacje dotyczące przetwarzania danych osobowych. 
• Utwórz swoje konto. 

👤 Krok 2. Uzupełnij podstawowe dane

• Zaloguj się do systemu. 
• Otwórz zakładkę Formularze osobowe. 
• Wybierz Podstawowe dane osobowe. 
• Wpisz swoje imię i nazwisko. Nie używaj znaków spoza alfabetu łacińskiego. W języku polskim wielką literą piszemy nazwy własne (imię, nazwisko, nazwa miasta). Tylko pierwsza litera ma być wielka.
• 💾 Kliknij Zapisz. 

🎯 Krok 3. Wybierz rekrutację

• Wybierz rekrutację, w której chcesz uczestniczyć. 
• 📚 Kliknij Kursy językowe. 

📋 Krok 4. Uzupełnij dane konta

Wypełnij wszystkie wymagane informacje w zakładkach:

• 👤 Podstawowe dane osobowe 
• 📍 Adres i dane kontaktowe 
• 🎓 Wykształcenie 
• 📄 Dodatkowe dane osobowe 

💾 Po uzupełnieniu każdej zakładki kliknij Zapisz.

📚 Krok 5. Wybierz kurs

• Otwórz zakładkę Rekrutacja. 
• Wybierz interesujący Cię kurs: 
• 🇬🇧 Roczny kurs języka angielskiego, lub 
• 🇵🇱 Roczny kurs języka polskiego. 
• Kliknij wybrany kurs. 
• ✅ Następnie kliknij przycisk Zapisz się. 

📩 Krok 6. Sprawdź zgłoszenie

• 👤 Wejdź w Moje konto. 
• 📂 Otwórz zakładkę Zgłoszenia rekrutacyjne. 
• Znajdziesz tam: 
• 📄 dalsze informacje, 
• 📎 wymagane dokumenty, 
• ⏳ kolejne etapy rekrutacji. 

📬 Regularnie sprawdzaj tę zakładkę, ponieważ będą się tam pojawiały wszystkie ważne informacje dotyczące Twojego zgłoszenia.

📝 Recruitment Guide – Step by Step

🚀 Step 1. Create an Account

• Go to the IRK recruitment system. 
• Read and accept the Personal Data Processing Information. 
• Create your account. 

👤 Step 2. Complete Your Basic Information

• Log in to the IRK system. 
• Open the Personal Forms tab. 
• Select Basic Personal Information. 
• Enter your first name and last name. Do not use characters outside the Latin alphabet. In Polish, we write proper names (first name, last name, city name) with a capital letter. Only the first letter should be capitalized.
• Click Save. 

🎯 Step 3. Choose a Recruitment Process

• Select the recruitment process you wish to apply for. 
• Click Language Courses. 

📋 Step 4. Complete Your Profile

Fill in all the required information in the following tabs:

• 👤 Basic Personal Information 
• 📍 Address and Contact Details 
• 🎓 Education 
• 📄 Additional Personal Information 

💾 After completing each tab, click Save.

📚 Step 5. Choose Your Course

• Open the Recruitment tab. 
• Select the course you want to join: 
• 🇬🇧 One-Year English Language Course, or 
• 🇵🇱 One-Year Polish Language Course. 
• Click on the selected course. 
• Then click Apply. 

📩 Step 6. Check Your Application

• Go to My Account. 
• Open the Recruitment Applications tab. 
• There you will find: 
• 📄 further instructions, 
• 📎 required documents, 
• ⏳ the next steps of the recruitment process. 

📬 Please check this tab regularly, as all important updates regarding your application will be posted there.
