Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i ust. 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z 27.04.2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej: RODO), przyjęto następujące zasady przetwarzania przez Politechnikę Wrocławską danych osobowych Słuchacza:

1) O celach i sposobach przetwarzania danych osobowych, które przekazuje Słuchacz decyduje Administrator, którym jest Politechnika Wrocławska. Siedziba Administratora mieści się we Wrocławiu przy Wybrzeżu Wyspiańskiego 27, a reprezentują go Rektor i Prorektor ds. Organizacji i Rozwoju. Kontakt z przedstawicielami Administratora możliwy jest w szczególności przy pomocy formularza i danych umieszczonych na stronie pwr.edu.pl/kontakt. Administrator wyznaczył Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych. Siedziba IOD jest taka sama jak siedziba Administratora. Z IOD można się kontaktować poprzez adres e-mail: IOD (at) pwr.edu.pl;

2) Przekazane Politechnice Wrocławskiej dane osobowe będą przetwarzane w celu rekrutacji, realizacji procesu kształcenia i/lub realizacji projektów edukacyjnych, w tym umów realizowanych przez Politechnikę Wrocławską  - Studium Języków Obcych.

3)  Odbiorcą danych osobowych Słuchacza może być NAWA albo inna uczelnia (m.in. uczelnia macierzysta Uczestnika), której dane Uczestnika też mogą zostać udostępnione.

4)  Dane osobowe Słuchacza mogą być przekazywane do podmiotów z państw trzecich lub organizacji międzynarodowych. W takim przypadku dane osobowe Słuchacza mogą zostać przekazane wyłącznie w przypadku, gdy będzie istniał odpowiedni instrument prawny stwierdzający odpowiedni stopień ochrony, jak w szczególności decyzja Komisji Europejskiej. Słuchacz może w takim przypadku uzyskać własną kopię danych osobowych, przekazywanych do państwa trzeciego.

5)  Dane osobowe Słuchacza będą przechowywane przez okres od chwili rozpoczęcia rekrutacji na czas realizacji procesu kształcenia/projektu edukacyjnego/umowy, o ile przepisy archiwizacyjne nie określają innych terminów.

6)  Słuchacz posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia danych, wniesienia sprzeciwu co do czynności jakie są dokonywane na danych. Jeśli dane Słuchacza są używane na podstawie jego zgody, to ma on także prawo do jej cofnięcia w dowolnym momencie. Cofnięcie zgody nie będzie mieć jednak wpływu na legalność działań na danych przed jej cofnięciem. 7)  Słuchacz ma prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych jeśli uzna, że przetwarzanie jego danych narusza przepisy ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r.

8)  Podanie przez Słuchacza danych osobowych jest niezbędne do realizacji zawartej z nim umowy. Skutkiem odmowy podania danych osobowych będzie uniemożliwienie rekrutacji, rozpoczęcia procesu kształcenia i/lub udziału w projekcie edukacyjnym i zawarcia umowy.

According to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), the following principles have been adopted for processing of Participant personal data by Wrocław University of Science and Technology:

1)     The purposes and methods of processing personal data provided by Participant are decided on by the Data Controller, i.e. the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The Controller’s seat is located in Wrocław at Wybrzeże Wyspiańskiego 27, and it is represented by the Rector and the Vice-Rector for Organisation and Development. Contact with the representatives of the Controller is possible, in particular, using the form and data found at http://pwr.edu.pl/en/contact-us. The Controller has also appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The seat of the DPO is the same as the seat of the Data Controller. The DPO can be contacted via the following e-mail address: IOD (at) pwr.edu.pl.

2)     All personal data provided to us Wrocław University of Science and Technology will be processed for the purposes of recruitment, implementation of the education process and/or execution of educational projects, including contracts executed by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology - The Department of Foreign Languages.

3)     The recipient of Participant personal data can be Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange or  other university (e.g. participant’s home University, host university), which these data can be provided to.

4)   Wrocław University of Science and Technology will have the right to transfer personal data of Participant to entities from third countries or to international organisations. In a such case, personal data can be only transferred if there exists an appropriate legal instrument specifying the adequate level of data protection, such as, and in particular, a decision of the European Commission. In such a case, there is a possibility for Participant to obtain a copy of his/her personal data that is being transferred to a third country.

5)  Personal data of Participant will be kept for the period from the start of the recruitment process for the duration of the education process / educational project / contract, unless archiving provisions stipulate other terms.

6)  Participant has the right to access his personal data as well as to correct, delete and transfer it, limit its processing, and object to the operations performed on the data. If personal data of Participant are used based on his consent, he also has the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of his consent will, however, not affect the legality of the operations performed by us on the data prior to the withdrawal. 7)  If Participant find that processing of his data is in violation of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.

8)  The provision of Participant personal data is necessary for him  for the performance of the contract concluded with him.. Refusal to provide personal data will make it impossible for Participant to undergo the recruitment process, commence the education process and/or participate in an educational project or enter into an agreement with Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
