We are pleased to announce that the SERMO Accreditation Committee, having reviewed the Evaluation Team’s report on the quality of language education provided by the Department of Foreign Languages of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, has awarded the Department  a ‘distinction’ rating and granted it SERMO accreditation for the period from 1 June 2026 to 1 June 2030.

The accreditation confirms that the Department of Foreign Languages meets the highest standards of quality in language education and reflects the entire team's commitment to the continuous development of modern and effective language teaching.

Our sincere gratitude goes to everyone who contributed to the many months of preparation for the accreditation process, including the analysis of recommendations, the compilation of data, and the preparation of documentation for the Evaluation Committee. We would like to express our special appreciation to the team that prepared the Self-Evaluation Report under the leadership of Director Iwona Frankiewicz.

We would also like to thank everyone who contributed to organizing the Evaluation Team’s site visit, preparing and conducting the classes selected for observation, and participating in the meetings held at every stage of the accreditation process.
