Withdrawal from or change of the language course after the corrections date

Applications and inquiries regarding university-wide enrolment in language courses should be submitted to zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl

I WITHDRAWAL from the language course after the corrections date is possible ONLY:

1. until 14.10.2026 due to collision between the language course timetable and the timetable at the faculty.

Conditions:

• the student enrolled in the faculty course no sooner than on 30.09.2026, 11:59 p.m.
• the student applied for withdrawal from the language course in the IT system (dokumenty-do-pobrania)

2. until 03.03.2026, based on the leave request approved by the dean.

Conditions:

• leave request approved by the dean,
• language course not yet credited,
• dean's leave approval in writing (scan of the document) with appended dean's approval to enrol in a language course during the leave, only via the university's e-mail, sent to zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl

• The student is not allowed to withdraw from a language course for any other reason
• Language instructors are not entitled to withdraw a student from the course

II After the enrolment corrections, the student can be ADDED TO A GROUP or may CHANGE A GROUP by ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION, only within limits of free places in the groups, ONLY 

between 02.10.2026 and 14.10.2026

02.10.2026 – 09.10.2026 - Adding to groups by administrative decision

Enrolment in or change of groups within the free places is possible only via e-mail: zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl (information is provided in room 104, building H-4)

In the case of CHANGING A GROUP, the student must submit an application for withdrawing from a language course (dokumenty-do-pobrania) via e-mail: zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl or in person: room 104, building H-4

12.10.2026 – 14.10.2026 – Enrolment or change possible with the approval of the course instructor

Enrolment in or change of groups within the free places is possible with a written approval of the course instructor, only via e-mail: zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl (information is provided in room 104, building H-4).

In the case of CHANGING A GROUP, the student must submit an application for withdrawing from a language course (dokumenty-do-pobrania) and an approval of the instructor to add the student to a group, via e-mail: zapisy-lektoraty@pwr.edu.pl or in person: room 104, building H-4.
