The deadline for resignation is within first 10 days of the semester, until 12.03.2024.

Course changes

You can make any changes to the course only within the first 10 days of the term until 12.03.2024. If you don’t make any changes, you’ll stay in a group and receive a grade (positive or negative, if you fail to attend classes) at the end of semester.

If you want to change the language or level of your course after enrollment time, please check if there are any free places available at USOS Catalogue by typing the requested course code in Course Search box (eg. SJO000-SI0005C). Requested codes can be found here . To sign up for the newly chosen group please contact Marta Hamryszak-Sierpowska

Additional information

If you prolonged your stay at our university and attended a foreign language course during the summer semester, you don’t have to take a placement test, you can just continue the language course in the winter semester, choosing the upper level. In case you want to choose another foreign language, please take a placement test.

If you decided to enrol on a foreign language course, you have to write this course in your Changes to Learning Agreement (in case you do not have it yet in your Learning Agreement) and you need to attend the classes regularly. At the end of the course, like all other students, you will receive a grade and the number of ECTS points awarded for the given course. If you do not attend the course you have enrolled in, you will fail the course and you will have a deficit of ECTS points. Please note that it is not enough to remove a course from your Changes to LA. You also need to actually deregister from the course in our JSOS system (through Course Cancelling Form).
